Civil Rule's
1.Assembly:A group of people, especially one that meets regularly for a particular purpose, such as government, or, more generally, the process of coming together, or the state of being together.
2.Culture: The customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social group.
3.Dignity: The state or quality of being worthy of honor or respect.
4.Due Process: Due process, a course of legal proceedings according to rules and principles that have been established in a system of jurisprudence for the enforcement and protection of private rights.
5.Education: Education socializes children into society by teaching cultural values and norms. It equips them with the skills needed to become productive members of society.
6.Equality: The state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities.
7.Family: All the descendants of a common ancestor.
8.Food: Any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink or that plants absorb in order to maintain life and growth.
9.Freedom: The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.
10.Happiness: The state of being happy.
11.Health Care: The organized provision of medical care to individuals or a community.
12.Justice: Just behavior or treatment
13.Liberty: The state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's way of life, behavior, or political views.
14.Life: The condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional
activity, and continual change preceding death.
15.Peace: Freedom from disturbance; tranquility
